Some of the rooms, like the library with walls hung with his collection of musical instruments, are more serene than others. There's also a "zen" room that features statues of Buddha and angels.
The instruments, which include old banjos, guitars and dulcimers, represent years of rummaging through flea markets, antique stores and junk shops.
"Collecting is something I've always done," he said.
