Loftin decided to sell the mansion because the luxury real estate market in Miami is hot right now, according to Hertzberg.
Since the house went on the market on June 8, she said they have had 8 potential buyers who she said seem serious about purchasing the property.
"We've been getting a lot of serious interest, from Brazil, Russia, France, China and the U.S.,' she said. "People from all over the world have figured out that Miami Beach is an amazing place to live and that they can run their businesses here, as well."
