Developed an antimicrobial gel for use in hospitals to kill germs and speed wound closure. The effect is similar to Neosporin, but it works differently, using engineered "nanobubbles" to kill bacteria. At least in theory, existing drug-resistant superbugs don't stand a chance.
In the next 10 years, more than a billion square feet of urban industrial space will be vacant. Already, small businesses are laying claim to the post-industrial lots, often at a bargain.
