Most U.S. stocks have mostly recovered from the depths of Great Recession. U.S. Steel (X) hasn't even come close thanks to the global glut crushing the industry. The largest American steelmaker has posted losses six of the past seven years and its stock is sitting at just $16, compared with $186 in mid-2008.
