Equilar, an executive compensation data firm, looked at executives under age 40 at companies with at least $1 billion in market capitalization that filed proxy statements by November 4, 2015. Executives' ages are as of date of latest proxy. Pay data based on companies' fiscal year end of Dec. 2014 unless otherwise noted.
