Millennials know Sony as the company that brought PlayStations to their living rooms and artists like Beyoncé and Bruno Mars to their ears. And now, the prospect of working on the forefront of digital innovation is attracting millennials who want to start their careers at the electronics and entertainment corporation.
At Sony, creativity is king. Employees are encouraged to "color outside the lines" in order to find "new ways of thinking," according to the company's website.
