Many college students hope to "taste the feeling" of working at Coca-Cola. If working for a firm that makes some of their favorite drinks isn't enough, the company recently launched a program to attract and retain millennial employees by giving them influence on its culture.
Since the program's launch in 2013, participants have inspired new company recycling initiatives and secured six weeks of paid parental leave for new parents.
Also, millennials can lead senior employees through social media and technology innovations through a reverse mentoring program.
Coca-Cola craves new hires with both pragmatic mindsets and personalities that work well with others, according to the company's careers site. --A.L.
