Dyrone Smith has had it with both political parties, especially this year.

"I won't vote because of [the candidates]. I can't do Hillary, I can't do Trump," he told CNNMoney.

Smith is the head of Generation X, an organization in Cleveland that's trying to bridge the divide between the black and white communities. Racism and classicism are holding America back, he argues.

"Hillary Clinton may support the unions, which I believe are the cause of our classicist and racist struggles," Smith said. "When you talk to minorities who are part of unions, they don't feel like they're equally represented inside the unions."
