"We've got all kinds of problems going on. Everywhere you go, they hire pretty much part-time," said Rosey Lee Josie of Cleveland, Ohio. She's 67, but still works a job that pays $10.65 an hour to help out her children and grandchildren financially.

"The minimum wage [is the biggest issue]. I'd like to see it rise to $15 an hour," she told CNNMoney. She supports Hillary Clinton, largely because of Clinton's goal to raise the minimum wage to up to $15 an hour.

"Things shouldn't stay the same. There was a time when people didn't have cell phones and hard to holler or when TV was black and white. I like to see things change," said Josie.
