Miguel (brown shirt) and Maria Garcia (striped T-shirt, seated with grandaughter on her knee) were born in Cuba. They fled the island after Fidel Castro came to power and ended up in the U.S. Like many Cuban-Americans, they have often voted Republican, but this election they are unsure.
"Cuba is a communist country. Anything that turns [the U.S.] to the left, I have a problem with that," Maria told CNNMoney. "I suffered a lot to leave my country behind."
Her adult daughters -- Delia (short hair) and Carmen (long hair, sitting next to her grandmom) -- feel differently. They are strongly behind Hillary Clinton.
"My mom thinks Democrats are communists," joked Carmen.
