For Lizbeth Martell of Kissimmee, Florida, education is the No. 1 issue.

"We gotta educate our children. We gotta educate our youngsters because, unfortunately, without education you ain't gonna make a lot of money," Martell told CNNMoney. "I don't agree with paying a McDonald's employee $15 an hour."

Martell is a successful realtor who grew up working in her family's Puerto Rican restaurant from the time she could walk.

"The American dream isn't given to you. It's hard work. It's not put on your lap," Martell said.

While she likes what Clinton has to say about education reform, but she is undecided between Trump and Clinton.
