"He actually had his own buzzers but they were all rusty and weren't working anymore, so he said it was perfect that I showed up," said Bustos of the man he found sitting in New York City's Union Square. The man said he had moved to New York for a job that fell through. "He asked me to buzz all his hair off because he didn't know when his next haircut would be."
