For an exclusive CNNMoney list, research firm Universum Global surveyed business students at colleges around the world to see where they most want to work.
Working for a global health company that touches 1 billion people each day means there's a lot of opportunity to do meaningful work. The company capitalizes on its breadth by giving new hires access to rotational programs, where workers cycle through three to four areas of the business in a two-year period.
There's also a heavy focus on employee wellness, from programs on healthy eating and energy performance training to fitness and day care centers.
A big thing that appeals to Millennial workers is the company's policy on diversity.
"We want people to be authentic and express who they are and we spend a lot of time making sure our environment is inclusive so they can be their whole selves at work," said Peter Fasolo, worldwide vice president of human resources. "We really believe a competitive advantage for college recruits is full expression, anything from ethnic diversity, sexual orientation, industry experience, global diversity."
