Known as the preeminent place for power brokers, Goldman jumped up the list from its 8th place spot last year. The investment bank offers formal training programs to acclimate new hires before they dive right into work, alongside mentorship programs and talks with leaders from a broad range of sectors.
What may surprise young people: Goldman offers flexible work arrangements, onsite gyms, health care facilities and pretty sweet cafeterias. And unsurprisingly, the banker-size paychecks are also a plus.
