KPMG has its eye on what Millennials want in order to retain the best and brightest talent. A big part of that is letting new hires learn and gain experiences by moving around within the company, whether that means shifting between different groups within an office or spending time at another one of the company's 150 offices across the globe.
One big draw is KPMG's rotational programs, where the firm sends young people to places like Singapore, Moscow and London for 18 to 24 months on assignment, allowing them to learn how the company operates on a global scale.
"We want to make sure our best people can work where the work is," explained Blane Ruschak, executive director for recruiting.
