Microsoft enhanced its parental leave this week by giving new moms up to 20 weeks of paid leave starting in November.
Non-birth parents now get 12 weeks at full salary.
The Washington-based company is also allowing expectant mothers to use short-term disability to take off the two weeks leading up to their due date.
