KKR pays for employees' baby and a caretaker to join them while they are traveling for work. During the baby's first year, the private equity firm will cover the travel, housing and meal costs of those on the road.
The company also offers primary caregivers 16 weeks of paid leave, while non-primary caregivers can take 10 days at full pay.
