College tuition: The Ohio governor favors bringing down college tuition by helping higher educational institutions control their own costs so they don't have to pass on large tuition hikes to students, according to Kasich's campaign.

Early college credits: Kasich favors letting more students earn college credit for basic courses while they're still in high school.

Estimated cost: Not available.

*Candidates will be added if their proposals become available.
