A handful of 2016 presidential candidates appear to agree on at least one thing: The cost of college is too much. Here's some of what they've said so far about how they want to fix that.
Tax-deductible tuition, fees: Sen. Paul wants to make college expenses tax-deductible for either the parent or the child, whoever has paid the tuition and fees.
Deduct more student loan interest: He wants to let students with debt deduct more, or all, of their student loan interest.
Loosen restrictions on college savings: Paul would like to let everyone save as much as they'd like in tax-advantaged college savings accounts.
