It is home to the St. George Marathon (running on 37 years) and several premier golf courses. Tourism helps drive the economy, but so do a few key companies. Sky West Airlines is headquartered here, and the nationally recognized, 245-bed Dixie Regional Medical Center is one of the city's largest employers.
