Compare Harrison to Top 10 Best Places
Many of the breadwinners in this affluent, carefully landscaped Westchester County town work in New York City, about 30 miles away. But there are plenty of high-paying jobs right here--specifically, in the part of town known as Purchase, where PepsiCo and MasterCard are headquartered (Morgan Stanley has a large office here as well). As you might imagine, the high-achieving residents expect top schools; Harrison High is considered among the best in the country. --N.D.Subscribe to Money Magazine
