As laptops lose the popularity battle to tablets, the computers are slipping in price.
"Nobody's buying netbooks anymore, so what's happening is people who want laptops instead of a tablet get these, which are one step up from a netbook," said Pinsker.
Of course you'll always be able to find fancier, more expensive laptops of this size with dual core processing, but you should be able to find one for as low as $199 if you're not too fussy.
