Designed for senior and mid-career executives, the Kellogg Executive MBA program emphasizes teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration, leadership, and adaptability. To accommodate the varied schedules of its students, Kellogg offers four schedules each year from two locations, Evanston and Miami.

In both the Evanston and the Miami program, core and advanced courses help students grasp the tools of general management and provide techniques to solve managerial problems. At the same time, the curriculum allows students to pursue special areas of interest by choosing elective courses at one of the Kellogg School's partner institutions.
