Black Friday ads for the season's hottest toys are everywhere -- from Toys R Us to Wal-Mart (WMT)and Sears (SHLD). But PayPal shopping specialist Claudia Lombana says that shoppers will find deeper discounts two weeks before Christmas, when stores try to get rid of old stock.
