This is the ninth consecutive year Google (GOOG) has bested all other companies as the most sought after employer among MBA students. Wannabe Googlers are drawn to the opportunity to find "big solutions" to "big problems," says Kyle Ewing, the company's director of global staffing.

Every summer, the company brings on hundreds of MBA students, many of whom later become full time Googlers. In the past two years, Google has doubled the number of schools from which it recruits.

What they're looking for: Ideal employees have skills that easily transfer to fields where they may have little or no experience. Says Ewing: "MBA hires never fail to impress with their extensive leadership backgrounds and comfort with ambiguity; two traits that are critical to every Googler's success."
