Among the most affordable markets on Coldwell Banker's rankings, Cleveland takes the top spot.
The city's population has been shrinking for years. That has made homes extremely affordable in the city, with the average four-bedroom, two bath house costing a mere $65,000.
This home, which is close to 2,400 square feet and offers a detached garage, is now listed at the area's median price -- that's a 30% discount to what it sold for back in 1997.
