Flower Mound didn't let the economic downturn stop its expansion plans, at least not for long; the town has spent more than $200 million on infrastructure over the past 10 years. Improvements to the roadways have helped the flow of traffic for residents who make the lengthy commute to Fort Worth or Dallas.
