An extra job to keep the business alive

I'm projecting as much as a 30% to 40% drop in gross sales this year. This is the third year for my fashion accessories Web site. Around March, sales started to slow. We started to liquidate excess inventory at low prices to keep the cash flowing. Most recently, I had to take a regular 8-5 job as an accountant to make ends meet and have some extra to pump into the business.
I am hopeful we'll have a strong holiday season and I'm looking forward to Black Monday, the biggest day for online retailers. We have a large selection of items but, as a precautionary measure, I have not ordered a large supply of any product.
