There's great pride of ownership on Charlotte Street. It took vigilance and hard work to keep the neighborhood safe and attractive, but the residents were up to it. And they stuck. After nearly 25 years, most of the original buyers still live there. And their property values have skyrocketed ten-fold. There are even a few boats in the driveways.
