Milner Motors' AirCar
James Milner, serial entrepreneur and former United Airlines pilot, founded Milner Motors in 2005 to design what he had been dreaming about for decades: Efficient, innovative cars.
After several years of working on an electric car, Milner has turned his attention to the AirCar, a vehicle about the size of a Honda Civic that features a foldable wing at its rear. Milner Motors, based in Bethesda, Md., and Vancouver, Wash., plans to partner with a manufacturing firm sometime next year to build its first prototype.
