O, The Oprah Magazine, introduced in 2000, remains one of the most successful magazine launches in history. The magazine, an alliance of Harpo and Hearst Corporation, weathers the industry-wide advertising slump better than many of its competitors. Rarely, though, do its editors have to worry about which personality to put on the cover.
