We see the U.S. economy having stabilized, and we see some signs of it improving longer term. But we haven't seen that flow through to our business results yet.
We look at three key metrics that at least drive our business. One is corporate revenues; two is asset values, and commercial property in particular; and the third is employment levels.
Right now, commercial property prices haven't improved. Corporate revenues haven't significantly gone up. And unemployment levels have probably stabilized, but haven't improved.
