15 Central Park West is full of high-profile types.
It's an ultra luxury building. Safe. Secure. There are gorgeous park views and every facility imaginable: A fitness center and a 75-foot lap pool.
Yankee's star Alex Rodriguez lives there, as do a host of other high-profile personages: Sting and Jeff Gordon, among them. James could get elevator advice on where to invest from Lloyd Blankfein, CEO of Goldman Sachs.
"It's the same caliber of resident as LeBron, but in their own fields," said Janssens.
Or he might prefer a loft in SoHo or Tribeca, Manhattan's grittier, but hipper, downtown neighborhoods. The street scene is cooler.
Jay-Z (who has money invested in the Jersey Nets) and Beyoncé have a place in Tribeca. Robert De Niro is practically the neighborhood mayor, to drop just a few names.
