How about taco sauce, taco meat, mozzarella, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green onions and tortilla strips -- on one pizza?! From the day Dave Gilewski opened his Toppers Pizza franchise in Franklin, Wisc., -- just outside of Milwaukee -- the franchise store was over run with customers. "We keep growing and growing," Gilewski said. "It is a great problem to have."
Gilewski also said that his attention to his customers is what sets him apart. "I am here working in my store every day, and I can tell you we really take care of our customers," he said. When a customer calls to place an order, there is no rushing the customer. And if there is a current coupon for a particular item, Gilewski's staff will try to find one for a customer that doesn't have one on hand.
