His major assets include at least $300,000 worth of Water Tower Associates, a Richmond, Va., real estate company, $250,000 in Bank of America accounts and at least $100,000 in 529 college savings plans for his three kids.
He has $150,000 in Goldman Sachs IRAs and at least $15,000 in Goldman stock. He owns $100,000 worth of stock in Qualcomm. He also owns $250,000 worth of Media General deferred compensation stock, as his wife is on the board of Media General which owns the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
His major debt is a Bank of America mortgage on his rental property worth at least $250,000. He reported no gifts. Cantor reported he has a book contract with Simon & Shuster, but he didn't report a value.
