Secrets to impressing their recruiters
"There are five very specific things we look for with our entry-level hires. The first is GPA. Secondly, we look for people who have an interest in and understanding of our work. We look for students who have participated in outside activities. We really like to see people who have led those outside activities. The fourth thing would be someone who actually worked while in school. To us this is all about well-roundedness, the ability to multi-task and balance. Finally, we look for people who display very good professional presence.

"For experienced hires we typically look for individuals who have a broad range of functional and technical skill areas and industry specialization." --Stacey Jones, Accenture spokeswoman
