Family hauler: Toyota Sienna
Price: $35,810

The Sienna minivan is versatile and it also offers "lively performance," good fuel economy and a comfortable ride.

Overall, Consumer Reports rates the Sienna's fuel economy at 20 mpg compared to the EPA's rating of 21 mpg.

Although the Sienna is the only minivan available with all-wheel-drive, that version suffers from below-average dependability, according to Consumer Reports, so the magazine only recommends the front-wheel-drive version.
