The Insane Clown Posse headlines each of the Annual Gatherings, but as the festival has grown, other acts outside of the horror-core genre have joined. The 2010 Gathering saw performances by mainstream rappers Method Man and Redman as well as a show by Naughty by Nature. Last year, the festival featured nightly celebrity hosts including Charlie Sheen and Flavor Flav and performances by Ice Cube, Xzibit, and the full roster of Psychopathic Records (ICP's label) bands.
