John Hernandez doesn't think he'll vote this year. He's part of the critical Puerto Rican voter block that Democrats hope will come to the polls.
"The politicians are not there for the people, just for themselves. I'm not planning on voting," Hernandez told CNNMoney. He grew up in New York City, but relocated to central Florida -- near Disney -- years ago.
"My dad worked in a factory. My mom worked in a factory. My parents always spoke to me about JFK. Honesty. Decency. I don't see that right now," he said.
Hernandez works for the local government to provide for his family, but he worries about what he sees around him.
"The economy is kinda rough. It's hard," he said. "You see a lot of homeless people on the street."
