There's a certain magic to knowing you'll be sleeping in a centuries-old castle, surrounded by acres and acres of lush greenery, and not too far from some really great beer and whiskey.
But Cain believes part of the reason the destination is so high up on Virtuoso's list this year has to do with the new luxury Grand Hibernian train, which, starting in August of 2016, will take travelers on three- to seven-day journeys from distilleries to castles and natural wonders.
