Home prices in San Francisco are sky high, so it's no surprise that buyers in the area are looking for cheaper alternatives.

In Pleasant Hill, located in the East Bay, homes are moving off the market in 19 days, 30% quicker than last year, according to Realtor.com.

But homes here aren't exactly cheap -- the median list price is $630,000. Still, Pleasant Hill is home to a lot of wealthy young buyers. The share of Millennials living in this ZIP code and earning six figures is more than two times higher than the national share.
