Ho is half of Southeast Asia's most formidable power coupleher husband, Lee Hsien Loong, is Singapore's Prime Minister. But which has more clout is open to debate. While Lee runs tiny Singapore, his wife plays on a larger stage, overseeing Temasek Holdings, the state-owned investment house with a $100 billion portfolio. In her three years at the helm, she has expanded her domain into Indonesian telecoms and Hong Kong banking, as well as holding controlling stakes in such regional jewels as Singapore Airlines and Singapore Technologies.
