The heir apparent to her father's $850 million casino empire, Ho has been working hard to play down her party-girl reputation. Although the 84-year-old Stanley Ho is still very much in charge, Pansy, 43, one of 17 children, has been assuming an increasingly important role, especially with the MGM Grand Macau, a $975 million hotel-casino she is developing with MGM Mirage that is expected to open in 2007.
