In our business, a lot of chains sell the same product at the same price. So we redesigned the stores to make it a simpler, easier shopping experience. We made getting rebates much easier. We've come out with a lot of new products. We hold over 50 patents. We have quick checkout and knowledgeable people, we're well-stocked with all items, and there's a kiosk in every store. Figure out why a customer would drive by your competitor to come to you.
