The 300-year-old French wine and spirits company sold some of its nonluxury brands, including Bols vodka and Cognac de Luze. But the family-owned company, run by Hériard Dubreuil, 59, continues to grow—revenues were up 6.7% last year, to almost $1 billion—largely because of the U.S., where cognac is gaining popularity, and Asia, where performance is improving.
