The idea took shape at Eastern Washington University's School of Public Administration, where co-founders Judith Hutchinson (left) and Ronda Kenney (right) returned after long careers in the healthcare industry to earn masters' degrees. The team won Gonzaga University's Hogan Entrepreneurial Business Plan Competition.
