Deadliest states for driving
Rural states, especially in the West, have the highest traffic fatality rates.

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Widely dispersed populations connected by narrow two-lane highways. That's a recipe for dangerous driving, according to a simple examination of state-by-state traffic fatality counts as reported by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. More densely populated states have fewer traffic deaths per 100,000 population.
