Subpoenaed by Spitzer? Buy a T-shirt
A conservative Web site is selling mugs, buttons, and even girls shorts that read, 'I was threatened by Eliot Spitzer.'
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) - New York State attorney general Eliot Spitzer has made plenty of enemies in his well-documented Wall Street battles but now opponents are literally wearing their feelings about him on their sleeves. A conservative-oriented Web site hopes to profit from those unhappy with Spitzer's crusades by selling T-shirts, mugs, buttons and even girls shorts.
The range of products have slogans that read: "I was threatened by Eliot Spitzer" and "Eliot Spitzer threatened my little sister." On the site, www.fcbcapparel.com, it says, "Buy Eliot Spitzer merchandise! We're not threatening -- we're asking nicely." --------------------------- Are you a member of the I-hate-Spitzer club?
