In addition to an extra 10 inches in overall length, given mostly to cargo space, the Mini Cooper Clubman has one extra door. It's a passenger-side rear door that opens backward to allow easy access to the slightly roomier back seats.

There are about 2.5 inches more legroom back there. It's still not a stretch-out-and-relax sort of space, but it's a little more welcoming than the regular Mini.

And the extra door really does help, at least on the curb side. For a parent, it makes helping a small child in and out of the back seat much easier.
