I have my MBA and have been looking for almost a year for positions in the administrative services field, to basically go into a management position.

Just recently, say in the last two months, I noticed that there are more job listings on some sites. I'm seeing more jobs open up. I'm seeing a lot of office manager positions available, people are calling me back. I'm just optimistic right now. I feel hopeful.
